Do I need to be home or onsite when the lights are installed?
No, you do not need to be home or onsite when we hang up your lights. Simply set your boxes outside for us and we will take care of the rest. You can enjoy your day and come home to a winter wonderland!
Who do I contact if my lights go out?
We want to make sure your lights are always in working order. Just give us a call if you are experiencing any issues or outages. That's the great thing about using Berkeley Services for your Christmas lights, no more troubleshooting pesky outages, we have got you covered!
How does the removal & storage of the lights work?
After Christmas, we will schedule a time to come back and remove all the lights for you. The process is pretty similar here to the install. Simply leave your boxes out for us and we will remove the lights and pack them up for you so they are ready for storage.
Will it be cheaper next year?
Yes! Once you buy your custom lights, they are yours! They get removed and stored for next year and then it will only be the cost of the install and removal for subsequent years.
